Joe is the President of Sierra Financial Advisory, Inc. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Stanford University in 1987 followed by a Master’s Degree in physical therapy from the University of Southern California in 1989. After spending 10 years working in the health care industry, Joe started his career as a financial advisor in 1998. Experiences with Prudential Securities, Paine Weber, and UBS eventually led Joe to establish Sierra Financial Advisory Inc., a registered investment advisor, in 2004. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds series 65 and insurance licenses.
Joe and his wife, Judy, were married in 1989. They have two children, Michael and Kaitlyn. They have lived in Grass Valley, California since 1995.
